This set will include all 5 pieces.  Grinch, Max, Cindy Lou Who, Whoville tree and Welcome to Whoville sign.  This set will require a 50% non refundable deposit.  Set must be picked up or delivered and paid within one week from our fulfillment email we send you. .  These sets are hand cut, hand painted and take extra time and detail.  Please understand why we request a deposit.

When buying as the set it will be $280 saving you  $30.  
Deposit is $140 and  the balance of  $140 due at pickup/delivery.
